Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount. Cancellations / no show within hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount. Reservation cancel with in 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked. There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between April. to August every year. For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule.
